Over 120 children in our school took part in the various stages of the work and more information about the project will appear on the University website as the project progresses.

Y6 teacher Mrs Harrison has won a National Teaching Award for the North of England.
She was featured on the BBC Look North programme and in the regional and national press after the ceremony at the Majestic Hotel, Harrogate.
She now goes on to the Winners Weekend in London for the national final in October. The ceremony will be held at the London Palladium and will be hosted by a well-known TV personality.
The school garden has been given a new lease of life by pupils from Y6 and volunteers from Sheffield Hallam University.
The volunteers – 18 pupils and 14 students – worked tirelessly over the weekend to give the garden a well-deserved makeover before the Easter break. The revamped garden will be in full bloom for the school centenary celebrations in summer.
