It was snow joke.....
Well done to you all for your efforts in the snow and ice; we have seen examples of amazing resourcefulness and resilience and the children have remained positive throughout. Thank you for the supportive comments and for bearing with us on the delayed starts on both Thursday and Friday last week - there were unusual circumstances that led to the decisions and ones which I hope are unlikely to happen again. I am proud of our unblemished record for remaining open and wish to publicly thank the staff, some of whom had to make very difficult journeys to be in school. I'd also like to thank our pupils, who enjoyed the snow and lived up to the high expectations we have of their behaviour.
