HSA minutes 06.03.06

Winter Fair

Although we raised £1,000 to spend on the school we are aware that we are going to need more than this for the bigger projects. We discussed the possibility of a climbing wall, craft area, giant games. Parents will have the opportunity for immediate ideas for the playground area at Parents' Evenings.

Parents' Evenings (Tuesday 21st March & Thursday 23rd March)

We need volunteers to help out with making tea & coffee on the evening. If you can spare half an hour please contact Ally Simpson via the school office or sign the board in the main entrance.

This has always been a popular event. All children can bring in a mini garden or bonnet or decorated egg ‑prizes will be awarded. These have to be brought to the school hall on,Monday morning and will be on display after school.

Discos Monday 27th March

Cost £1, pay on the door. Refreshments will be available.

Y3 & Y4 from 6:00 ‑ 7:00

Y5 & Y6 from 7:15 ‑ 8:15
The entrance to the disco will be the main school entrance. The door at the Kirkstall Rd end of school will be exit only. All children should be collected from school. It is helpful if parents come into the hall to collect their children.
The main entrance can get very congested around 7 o’clock. We advise Y5 & Y6 to arrive at 7:15 as there is no early admittance!

We need several volunteers if this popular event is to go ahead. If there are not sufficient volunteers then the discos will be cancelled. If you can (e.g. buying refreshments, selling on the night, helping supervise) please sign the board in the main entrance.

Easter Fair Monday 27th March 3:30 ‑ 4:30 pm

There will be a Cake Stall ‑ donations as usual please ‑ and flowers will be on sale (outside if the weather permits.)

We need lots of helpers to do a little bit (rather than one or two people trying to do it all) – please sign the board in the main entrance.
